UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
Heard Mr. Venkataramani, learned senior counsel appearing for
the first respondent. He states that the State Government would like
to file counter affidavit. The State may do so within three weeks and
rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within three weeks
thereafter.
The applicants have moved an application being I.A. No.3 in
this special leave petition, praying that respondent No.1 be directed
to issue appointment orders to the Telugu Medium candidates who have
cleared their examinations. That will, of course, be taken up when the
the matter is heard in the Court. The I.A. stands disposed of
accordingly.
So far as the appointments made or to be made by the
Government of A.P. are concerned, those will be subject to the final
orders to be passed in this special leave petition.
The matter is adjourned to 15th July, 2013.
